Un’azienda nata più di 50 anni fa dall’intuizione di Gianfranco Achilli che per primo capì l’importanza della mescita e della degustazione all’interno di un’enoteca. Da quel giorno la ricerca di grandi vini e annate uniche viene portata avanti da Daniele Tagliaferri e Cinzia Achilli, perseguendo l’idea di essere un’azienda sempre all’avanguardia. Al punto da arrivare ad unire in un’unica location, nel cuore di Roma, un’elegante enoteca con bistrot e un ristorante stellato: in cantina una selezione di vini e distillati con pochi eguali, in cucina l’estro e il talento di Massimo Viglietti, chef stellato sempre “sopra le righe”.
La sua cucina rompe gli schemi della struttura classica dei piatti; tra gli antipasti e i dolci c'è un'autentica rivoluzione, con sapori contrastanti e abbinamenti arditi, che trovano la loro massima espressione nel menù degustazione, che racconta una visione di cucina italiana molto lontana dagli stereotipi più comuni.

A company founded more than 50 years ago by the intuition of Gianfranco Achilli, who first understood the importance of mixing and tasting in a wine shop. From that day on, the search for great wines and unique vintages was carried out by Daniele Tagliaferri and Cinzia Achilli, pursuing the idea of being an innovative company, up to the point of joining in one location, in the heart of Rome, an elegant wine shop with bistro and a starred restaurant: in the cellar a great selection of wines and spirits, in the kitchen the talent of the chef Massimo Viglietti , 1 Michelin star.
