La seconda apertura della famiglia Achilli a Roma è il primo "Concept Club" della capitale. Ci si immerge in un Club stile “Grande Mela” all’interno del D.O.M Hotel, esclusivo palazzo del XVII secolo in Via Giulia.
In questo salotto nel centro di Roma “il mangiare ed il bere” assumono nuove forme, in un ambiente confortevole ma di charme. Il servizio è elegante ma al contempo informale e senza manierismi, come pure la proposta gastronomica curata dallo chef stellato Massimo Viglietti e portata avanti dallo Chef Alessio Tagliaferri, che vuole giocare con i suoi ospiti e le loro aspettative per mezzo di una cucina divertente e dinamica, fatta di contrasti sia nelle idee che nei sapori.
La collaborazione tra lo chef ed il bar manager Patrizio Boschetto genera un mix singolare, fatto di tecnica, passione e fantasia: ai piatti gourmet si affiancano così pregiate “ricette da bere”, cocktail non convenzionali nati dall’arte della mixologia.
Con l’estate il Club si sposta sulla splendida terrazza. Tetti, cupole ed uno scorcio sul Gianicolo ne fanno da cornice.
L’aperitivo diventa un’esperienza rilassante, per uscire dal caos quotidiano della città. Cocktails d’autore, bollicine e una grande selezione di piccoli assaggi accompagnano la serata.
Una parte della terrazza viene sempre riservata al ristorante, con tavoli eleganti ed il profumo di erbe aromatiche ad accompagnare un menù basato sulla spesa del giorno. Un’isola di quiete, di fianco al bancone per mixology, dove lo chef Alessio prepara, en plein air, parte del menù.
