Nella magia di Modica Bassa, il ristorante si trova all’interno di un antico palazzo nobiliare affacciato sul vicolo dei Grimaldi, ai piedi della scalinata del Duomo di San Pietro. Pochi tavoli in un ambiente accogliente ed intimo, che esprime l’ospitalità siciliana attraverso un'atmosfera sospesa tra campagna e mare, proprio come i ricordi d’infanzia dello chef. Nella sua cucina c’è tutta l’emozione di un viaggio attraverso “le due Sicilie”, quella occidentale dove è nato e quella orientale dove ha formato la sua famiglia.
